Apple Pie is a 7′ x 3’6″ yacht tender. It can be built with two 4 x 8 ft. sheets of ¼”, half a sheet of ½”, and half a sheet of ¾” using the stitch & glue method. For more information on epoxy, you can read the Systemthree epoxy book.
It is a small dinghy with very nice lines and can be paddled or sailed. You could use the folding mast & boom for easy transport.
